What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
Not a problem. Our store uses PayPal for its secure checkout system, which accepts all major credit cards. So there’s no need to transfer money to us like you might do when you purchase something from eBay (although you still have that option as well). Just use your credit card as you would on any secure online webstore.

Is your store and checkout process secure?
Yes! All orders will be processed through Paypal’s easy to use and secure checkout system. And all major credit cards are accepted.

Will I receive an email notification confirming my order?
Yes. You will promptly receive a purchase receipt, which is your confirmation that your transaction was accepted. Once you receive that, all is good.

Why did I not get my download of the new album?
What should happen: once you have completed your payment with Paypal, your browser window is then automatically taken back to a page on lovespirals.com which has the link to the download. As well, you should receive this information in your confirmation email.  If for some odd reason neither of these things happen let us know and we’ll take care of it.

What should I do if there’s something wrong with my package once it arrives?
This is extremely rare, but if something arrives broken or damaged, contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Why is my country not on your country list country list pull-down?
We have had problems with orders not arriving to customers in some countries. Unfortunately, we can no longer send orders to customers from those countries.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For United States customers, your order should arrive within 4 to 8 days. International orders take a little longer; anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the speed of your country’s postal system. These time estimates are for customers who pay with a credit card. For those who pay by a PayPal transfer of money, PayPal takes roughly one week to clear the payment, after which we can send your order to you. Thus add an additional week to the above estimate if you pay in this way.

What should I do if my order seems to be taking a long time to arrive?
If your order seems to be taking longer than the above estimates, please be patient by waiting at least 2 more days and then contact us if it still hasn’t arrived.
