On episode 22 of the Chillin’ with Lovespirals band podcast, Anji and Ryan catch you up to date on recent band happenings. The duo start out silly, chatting about Dave Navarro and his podcast and making crackhead and porn jokes, then give an update on recording sessions for the new album despite the recent heatwave, talk about new Lovespirals music being added to Pandora, seeing Zero 7 and Jose Gonzalez at the Hollywood Bowl, Pandora adding new functionality including band bios, being bummed on the Amazon Advantage program, digital music sales vs CD sales, Anji using LaLa, the Top 5 Lovespirals downloads, read fan email from Adam and C. Bauman,  and Anji winning Podshow’s Earthlink Ad Challenge. They close out the show a clip of a their latest work-in-progress, “Lovelight”. Monster the cat makes an appearance.
